Bring Your Own Device Option (BYOD)
Parents who do not wish to participate in the district's 1:1 program have the option to provide their student(s) with a device to bring to school to use instead of the district owned Chromebook. Parents choosing to opt out of 1:1 for BYOD will need to complete this form. Please note that the district assumes no responsibility to ensure the fitness of the device(s) for classroom use, nor any loss, damage, or repair of BYOD devices.
After completing the form, pleaes return your FCS device and power cord (if you currently have a device) to the building library - so that we can process the $25.00 credit for insurance.
Important: Students have 30 days from the start of the school year or from the first day of enrollment to turn in their Chromebook to receive the credit for insurance.
