Human Resources

The Human Resources Department aims to recruit, select, and hire the best employees to work with the students of Findlay City Schools, as well as priortize the care and well-being of our current staff members.

We assist employees with support, leave, license renewal, management and contract compliance of bargained agreements, employee contracts, posting positions, maintaining personnel records, and all other staff-related issues.

I love the respect that we have for each other; it is an excellent work environment where your ideas mean something.
Belonging is feeling like you are included. That is how I feel: that I am part of something great.
Excellence is being a well-prepared, passionate, and caring teacher…and being that for each and every child.
%22I am able to collaborate & create relationships with outstanding educators that all want what's best for kids.%22 Danie Apple
%22What do I love about working here? Students always come first.%22 Chuck Mitchell, Dean of Students
The concept of excellence validates the why, promotes the what, & challenges the how of everything I do at & for FCS
My favorite thing about working here is the people: Helpful admin, helpful coworkers. My students are the best.
Excellence is to be unsatisfied with just achieving; one is constantly striving for everyone's best.
The wide array of talents & genius that FCS teachers possess is a blessing
Everyone brings their A-game & supports each other wholeheartedly to make each other better.
